A Savior is Born - A Christmas Message

WASHINGTON D.C., August 2009
In August, 2009, my husband and I were given an opportunity to visit Washington D.C.. While we were there, we had an awesome and humbling experience as we witnessed veterans, past and present, as they joined together in visiting the monuments which represented our fallen soldiers. I wish we would have had time to hang around them as they shared their stories with one another.
Happy Veterans Day to those who serve, Past and Present, thank you for all you do!!

GRANDPA'S HANDS
I love this picture of my sweet little granddaughter being held by my Grandfather. There are 92 years between them, and oh, the stories his hands could tell...................
Time is going by very quickly. He is now 94 and I'm thankful that he is still with us and that my children have been able to get to know him and listen to his stories.

"HALLOWEEN" PAPER BAG BOOK
HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!! I love the colors of Fall, and especially the colors of Halloween!! This fun book will look cute with pictures of family and friends celebrating this fun holiday of trick-or-treating! Some of the pages are hand-stitched with additions of eyelets, brads, and charms.
The little flap on the left page lifts up and has patterned paper inside (I couldn't get it to stay up for the photo)
The little charms say RIP
The tag inserts have plenty of room to add pictures and/or journaling
